About the event
In this 2-hour workshop you'll learn about Thomas Hanna's research and theories, then be led through a movement practice. Includes time for questions, discussion, and refreshments, as well as a take-home packet. Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and pillow.
