The March workshop will be held in person in Eureka Springs, AR. If you are unable to attend this location, this option allows you to join via web conference instead. Participants are encouraged to situate themselves in a quiet location with room to lie down on a flat surface. Please bring a pillow and yoga mat, rug, or towel.
