About the event
Paddle to a peaceful cove on Beaver Lake, for a relaxing guided movement practice on the paddle boards.
SUP Outfitters has offered us a discounted rate for paddle board rentals. If renting, please arrive at 8:00 for paperwork and safety talks. Boards are not due back until 11:00, so this gives you a little bit of extra time to explore the lake after our event rate with rental is $40 per person.
You are also welcome to bring your own stand-up paddle board if you have one. BYOB rate is $20 per person and you can arrive at 8:15.
Dress for comfort; swimsuit optional but the area is perfect for swimming. If you've never tried stand-up paddle board, no problem! I can help you through the basics.
