Emily Valentin is a Somatic Movement Center Certified Exercise Instructor and member of the Association of Hanna Somatic Education.

 

After spending years getting chiropractic adjustments and still suffering from chronic neck and back pain, Emily began looking for an alternative way to heal herself.  Everything changed when she discovered Somatic Release.  She was amazed that small and easy movements could have such an astounding impact on her pain and overall well-being.  In addition to healing her neck and back, she has experienced decreased tension across her entire body and an improved emotional state and life outlook.
